Garret Sanford CMT
Modalities: Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish
”Craniosacral Therapy creates within the client an environment that harnesses the self-healing properties of the human organism.”
Garret's goal is to create an environment where the client's own innate healing wisdom is allowed to manifest - initiating a process of unwinding and release in areas of tension or dis-ease such as those caused by recent or past trauma or the effects from illness. By allowing the client's body to relax in a quiet nurturing environment, the natural healing capability of their body is engaged and a return to balance begins.
