Hello IEP friends,

My name is Paul and I have been HIV+ for 15 years. I have been pro-active in my medical care and it is my opinion that alternative medicine is a logical way for me to treat my HIV. I used western medicine for less than one year; then I discovered IEP. My search for HIV health care was over. That was over 5 years ago and I am still healthy today. IEP's and my goal has been to maintain myself as a whole, healthy person, mind, body and spirit. All thanks to acupuncture, herbs, and massage. IEP also has a wide range of services including education and classes to which they would be glad to refer you. We are very lucky to have such a clinic in our community. I am grateful to IEP and their friendly staff. They do so much for us. Now that the holiday season is upon us, let's not forget to put IEP on our list.

Since starting acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy approximately 4 weeks ago, I have greatly reduced the amount and severity of pain in my hands and arms as well as reducing the side effects of some of my drug therapies. These rather quick achievements have improved my quality of life substantially. I especially appreciate these "gains" because some of these concerns have been both chronic and severe.
